Process

Step 1.
Kindly send over your sketches or CAD plans to john@jb-3d.com, along with any additional information such as links or images of furniture or light fittings. Links are helpful in obtaining the correct product dimensions.

Step 2.
After receiving the project information, we will send you an email confirming the completion date and costs.

Step 3.
Changes are included in the first draft for your project, such as small alterations like repositioning furniture or changing colors.

Step 4.
After you confirm your satisfaction with the visuals, we will send you an invoice.

 

Alterations/Revision

Alterations will be charged at an hourly rate of £30. Prior to commencing work, an estimate will be provided.

 

Payments

Payment should be made to the account listed on your invoice upon project completion.

 

Cancellations

Upon submission of project details, the client is liable for the full payment even if the project is terminated.
